Hey Sweetie!
How's it going? I am feeling like a loser for not writing. Then I remembered that is was a holiday, so you probably won't write until tomorrow anyway! I hope that is the case. We have accomplished a lot today. :) We got up late (I slept in until 8) and we went to breakfast at Mimi's…YUM. Then we started working on the back yard. Poor dad got to scoop the poop (eww). I mowed the lawn while Ryan rototilled the 2 garden beds by the deck. We planted flowers in the bottom bed next to the deck. We planted our veggies in the upper bed and the large bed in the middle of the yard. Then Ryan and I put a fence around the bed in the middle of the yard. Ryan and I put in a new drip system and I did not want Nala to chew it up again. :) Here is a picture….
We are all pretty tired…except for Tiffany since she was inside studying for her finals. You can say extra prayers for her…I think she will only fail physics if she does well on all of her other finals. I think it is too late for physics. However, I don't think she will have to take summer school. She finishes school on Friday. She then flies to Utah to spend a week with Jessica. I sure hope she enjoys herself.
This week I will be preparing for my death and dying class. It is a bit intensive! I should have expected it since it is only 1 week long and it is 3 credit hours. I have to read the whole textbook before June 1st. NOT FUN! I won't have time for ANYTHING during the week of school.
Ryan has decided to take the EMT class at PPCC again. I did tell you that he is home right? Anyhow, I think his depression will be helped by him moving foreward in his education. He is seeing a counselor (so is Tiffany) and they both feel like she will be able to help them.. Dr. Owen got Ryan on the same antidepressant that Tiffany is on. I am hoping that it will help him like it has helped Tiffany. I have been keeping him real busy! We are trying to get his bedroom organized. It is a slow process, but we are making headway. We will be putting your stuff in boxes in the basement…especially because he will be here until January. There is also a possibility that if he gets married (still up in the air), they will probably stay here. Since Gpa will be here, they will have to stay in his room…thus the need to organize.
I have some updated pictures of Danny:
He is learning to pray in his sleep…ha,ha
Can you believe that he is a month old???
He seems to be getting more expressive!
Oh, did you get mine and Linda's letters? I hope they were what you wanted. I just wrote. I hope I didn't write too much.
Well, I need to make dinner. I sure love you and I am proud of you!!!
Love,
Mom
