It was so fun getting to talk with you...it is always hard to say goodbye! I did enjoy the time we spent. You caused a bit of an uproar by telling Ryan that you give him "three months"….ha,ha. Poor Siera, she seemed so embarrassed, lucky for us, she took it in stride. We reminded them that we want them to go SLOW! It would not surprise me if it went farther. I guess the two of them were in the same trek family…of course Ryan didn't remember that. I think she had a crush on him then and continued…ha,ha. You should have seen her when he first got home. She seemed a little giddy. She tried to get his attention and he didn't notice! lol. They started just "hanging out'. Then the two of them wondered where they stood. I got an inside "tip" on that one. You see, I visit teach a sister who visit teaches Sister Trujillo. I heard about how Siera is "gaga" over Ryan. Also that she was confused as to whether they were just "hanging out", "dating" or "just friends". Of course, I had NO clue what Ryan was thinking. Anyhow, I guess most of the ward has been watching this little "budding" relationship. So, when I got home, I told Ryan about my conversation. Next thing you know….Ryan decided to ask her to be his girlfriend. Then it became Facebook official! lol
She left for Idaho this morning (Sunday). Poor Ryan will be without her until he goes to to school on the 1st of January. Not sure how he will handle that. ha,ha.

So, after talking to you…we watched movies. First everyone watched "the other guys". Then we started watching a movie called "blended". Oh my goodness it was hilarious! However, it was inappropriate for a "dating couple". Both Ryan and Siera were embarrassed. So they ended up going for a drive to see Christmas lights. Poor Ryan opened his mouth…lol. I guess he was trying to make convesation and asked how long she thought an appropriate engagement would be…wow…she totally freaked out! Then asked for clarification--he told her that he was asking "generally". ha,ha,ha,ha. Oh well…it's all cool!
Friday, we got rid of all of the Christmas stuff. Lots of hands make quick work. We had to get ready for Jessica's shower. I ended up taking Ryan to the Dr. We tried a new medication that has not been working well!!! In fact, he has gotten GRUMPY…even unbearable! They are changing it again…already seeing a GREAT improvement!
Saturday was the baby shower. I was a little disappointed because not many people came. It is probably because of Christmas. Plus, Jessica hasn't lived here in over 3 years. It was alright though. And luckily, she will have a shower in Utah and possibly Idaho…so it is alright!
Anyhow, even though it was real busy…it was good. I have to say that I am starting to get excited about starting school again. I am a little nervous about working in the state mental hospital, but it should be fun…ok, maybe fun is a little strong. I am thinking that I will be able to handle it. :)
Well, I have to get going. I need to prepare a lesson for Sunday School. I am hoping to find some good videos :) I sure love you and am so proud of you!!
