July 12, 2015

Hey Sweetie:

Look I am writing a day early.  Yep, It is Saturday!  We made it home from Utah.  Yeah!!  I hate being away from home!  It was a good visit though.  I told you about the blessing last week.  I will try to pick up where I left off. :)

After the blessing, we all went to the Powell's and had donuts.  Here are some pictures that were taken…

I told you that the Expedition was having issues.  Well, I had Ryan go buy some cleaner that we put in the gas.  The car got better each time we drove it.  We made it up to Logan.  We had to stop in Brigham City (just before gma & gpa's house) to use the bathroom.  When we started the car back up, the check engine light went off.  I am so glad that it was ONLY bad gas that had the car working bad.

We stopped at Gosner's (the place where we get cheese curds..YUM).  We bought some and got an ice cream cone (extra yum).   On the way out, I noticed this sign…

We really didn't do a lot while at the Porters.  I think it was real good for dad to be able to just relax.  He napped every afternoon.  One of the days, we went kayaking.  It was me, dad, gpa and Tiffany.  It was actually fun. :)  It seemed as though gpa wanted us to stuff with them that was basically for OLD people…ha,ha.

Well, here are your pictures for the week.

So, Gpa has his appointment with the Lung Doctor tomorrow (Monday).  They will do a biopsy before he sees the doctors.  Will have to let you know how that goes.  I have not gotten a box sent off to you yet.  I believe you said that transfers are coming up again--tomorrow, right?  I will wait to see if you are transferred.  I still have to get stuff for you!

Well, I need to get to bed.  I sure l do love you!
Love, Mom

p.s. I started Saturday, but finished Sunday!
